How customers opt in to service messages from Otrev

Where consent is given

Customers contact Otrev first. Consent to receive service messages is collected at the point of ordering, before payment, with this checkbox text:

I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and I agree to receive service messages about my order from Otrev by WhatsApp and SMS at the number I provided. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The same notice is shown in the Contact section of otrev.com and in section 6 of the Terms of Service.

What we send

Order confirmation and receipt of documents.
Notice that a draft document is ready for review.
Reminder of the customer's own response deadline (for example, the landlord's 21-day deadline).

We do not send marketing or promotional messages and we do not message anyone who has not contacted us first.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. Reply HELP or email support@otrev.com for assistance.
