Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Messages and documents you send us — chat messages, photos and PDFs (leases, move-out statements, payment proofs, correspondence), and the details you tell us about your case.
- Contact details — your phone number or messaging account, and email if you provide it.
- Payment records — order amount, date and status from Stripe. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Technical data — timestamps and delivery status of messages and letters.
How we use it
To assess your case, prepare your documents, deliver and mail them on your instruction, answer your questions, process payment, and keep records required by law. We use artificial intelligence services to read documents and draft text; the content you send is processed for that purpose only. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf: messaging platforms you contact us through (for example WhatsApp / Meta), Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI document processing, and hosting providers. Each receives only what is needed for its function. We disclose information when required by law.
Retention
We keep case documents for up to 12 months after your order is completed, so we can help with follow-up, then delete them. Payment records are kept as required by tax law. You can ask us to delete your documents earlier at any time.
Your rights (California)
Under the CCPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. Send requests to support@otrev.com from the contact you used with us.
Security
Documents are stored encrypted on servers in the United States with access limited to the people preparing your case. Messaging apps are encrypted in transit by their providers. No system is perfectly secure; please do not send us documents you do not want us to see.
Children
The service is for adults 18 and older.
